Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Lead to join our team at Ascent Sourcing Ltd. As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth for our AI powered Property Tech business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in outbound sales or similar roles, with a strong understanding of the property sector and proficiency in using software tools including CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and engagement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the property sector
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or similar roles
  • Previous experience within the property sector would be beneficial
  • Proficiency in using software tools including CRM systems
  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to drive appointment generation initiatives
