Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee records, coordinating induction programs, and maintaining employment contracts and policies.

A key aspect of this role is identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in human resources and be skilled in Microsoft Office and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee records, including personnel files and holiday requests
  • Coordinate induction programs for new employees
  • Maintain employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in human resources and process documentation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT systems
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
