Contact Centre Training Manager

KM Education Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Contact Centre Training Manager to lead our contact centre training team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to equip contact centre staff with the skills they need to excel in their roles.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in contact centre training, with experience in developing and implementing training strategies that drive business results. A teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET or equivalent) is essential. Estimated salary: £26,745 per annum based on location and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality training programs for contact centre staff
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective solutions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Manage training budgets and resources effectively
