Job Description

We are seeking a Career Development Specialist to deliver accredited pre-employment qualifications in Contact Centre operations up to Level 2, remotely with occasional classroom-based delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to learners on a remote basis, with occasional classroom-based delivery
  • Manage diaries efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews are conducted
  • Embed essential skills such as Maths, English, and ICT into training programs
  • Develop tailored workshops and adopt a personalized approach for learners requiring additional support
  • Support, advise, and motivate learners to achieve their goals
Requirements
  • Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET)
  • Experience working within a Call/Contact Centre or Recruitment/Sales sector
  • Comfort with online and group-based training delivery
  • Full clean driving licence and own vehicle
  • Flexibility with travel

The salary for this role is £30,000 plus bonus potential, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in education and training.
