Job Summary:

The Phone Banking Advisor role is an integral part of our customer service team. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on banking services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer calls and emails, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Provide expert advice on banking products and services, ensuring customers understand their options.
  • Process customer requests, such as balance enquiries, payment transfers, and account updates.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and resolve complex customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A strong understanding of banking products and services.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
