Customer Experience Manager

Key Responsibilities- Sending out account applications and direct debit forms, ensuring timely completion.
- Managing customers' accounts as part of sales ordering processes, adhering to credit limits and outstanding debt.
You will also support daily, weekly, and monthly sales office tasks, including:
- Demonstrating excellent customer service skills and knowledge.
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to key performance indicators.
- Utilizing Microsoft Office packages, such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.
