The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a proven track record of delivering excellent results. As a key member of the Customer Labs team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing customers' accounts, ensuring timely completion of account applications and direct debit forms
  • Supporting daily/weekly/monthly sales office tasks, including:
    • Detailed knowledge and demonstrative experience of customer service excellence
    • Managing sales ordering processes, maintaining credit limits and outstanding debt records
    • Supporting other sales office tasks as required
