Account Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with your key client accounts. This includes visiting clients to build trust and identify potential projects and hires, conducting contract negotiations, and serving as the primary point of contact. You will also oversee daily site personnel management, coordinate logistics, and address any issues that may arise during projects.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent organisational skills, tenacity, and resilience in high-pressure situations. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. A-level or degree qualifications, fluency in English, and additional language skills are desirable. Sales and reward motivation are critical factors in your success.
