Account Development Manager

We are seeking an Account Development Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Beckenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities to expand our business.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Create strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the current client base.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- At least 2 years' experience in a sales or account management role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A competitive base salary of £55,000 per annum, with commissions and bonuses.
