At GAP Group LTD, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key player in driving business growth, you will be responsible for managing and developing major accounts across the UK. With extensive travel expected, including regular visits to London, this role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

The successful candidate will have significant experience working in sales roles within the construction/hire industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating revenue growth by maximising opportunities from existing major accounts. Proficient in MS Office packages and CRM systems, you will also possess strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as a valid driving licence.

In return, GAP Group LTD offers a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme and contributory pension plan. Other benefits include up to 25 days annual leave, cycle-to-work scheme, health & wellness programme, and employee welfare fund.
