About Our Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to support the Customer Services Manager in developing a high-performing team of 6-12 Administrators.

Job Overview

  • Manage day-to-day duties according to agreed service levels, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
  • Review and maintain quality controls of the team's work, providing constructive feedback.
  • Identify training needs and provide opportunities for growth and development.
  • Regularly assess team members' performance and behavioral competencies.
  • Create tailored training and development plans to drive success.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate

A successful Customer Service Team Leader should possess:

  • At least 2 years of customer service Team Leadership experience, preferably in financial services.
  • A Level 3 award in Financial Administration or willingness to obtain it.
  • Proven experience in planning, monitoring, and controlling work.
  • Excellent team motivation, coaching, and development skills.
  • Able to identify and mitigate risks in a customer-facing environment.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
