Business Development Representative

Achieve customer satisfaction excellence by delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of the Customer Labs team, you will be responsible for managing customers' accounts, sending out application and direct debit forms, and ensuring their timely completion.
Utilizing your excellent communication skills, you will work closely with internal teams to support daily/weekly/monthly sales office tasks, including:
- Providing detailed knowledge and demonstrative experience of customer service excellence
- Managing sales ordering processes, maintaining credit limits and outstanding debt records
- Supporting other sales office tasks as required
You will also have the opportunity to participate in potential sales incentives for upselling, while enjoying benefits such as 33 days holiday p.a., company pension, and employee-owned business rewards.
