About the Role

We are seeking an experienced adult social care professional to lead our Adult Community Services team. As Head of Adult Community Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective operation of our adult front door and services that enable independence.

This role requires a proven track record in managing adult social care operational services. You will work closely with the Operational Director Adult Care and Support to drive innovation and improvement in our services.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to optimise reablement and integration of new technologies. You will also be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver high-quality services to our residents.

Salary
