About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality care services. The role involves line managing care workers, conducting assessments, and providing supervision in the field. As this position requires frequent travel, you must be a driver with your own vehicle.
What You'll NeedTo succeed in this role, you will need to be an efficient, organized, and experienced professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional community care. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with care workers are essential.
