Learning Assistant for Children with SEN

Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd in Oxford.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs, working in a dynamic and inclusive educational environment.
About the Job: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to provide individualized support to students with SEN. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in implementing personalized learning plans, providing one-on-one support, and facilitating small group activities to promote academic progress and social development.
Responsibilities:
- Support students with SEN in the classroom, promoting engagement and participation in learning activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to assess student progress and adapt support strategies.
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong commitment to supporting students with SEN. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
