Sales Development Representative Role

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic Sales Development team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our future growth plan and long-term success.

Your responsibilities will include outbound prospecting to CEOs, Marketing and Sales Directors using multiple channels such as phone, email, and LinkedIn. Your goal will be to book well-qualified virtual meetings for your Account Executive, who you will be partnered with upon joining.

You will start with an hour of self-development and prep each day, where you will spend time nurturing your data, listening to calls, practicing, and ensuring your day is set up for success. Throughout your journey, you will be constantly supported by your line manager, team members, and Account Execs – all on hand for live coaching, encouragement, and training.

As a Sales Development Representative, you can expect to earn up to £30,000 per annum with uncapped commission opportunities. You will also receive quarterly sales incentives to destinations like Croatia, Madrid, and Vegas, as well as daily and weekly team incentives and competitions.
