We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom. This role involves managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role, with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. They will be able to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, while staying updated on industry trends to inform client strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Preparing and delivering tailored presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
  • Tracking and reporting on client satisfaction and account performance.
  • Negotiating contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.
