About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Business Analyst to join our team at MSX International. As a CRM Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our CRM system meets technical specifications and aligns with our organisation's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and define CRM features and functionality.
  • Work closely with software and QA engineers to ensure a shared understanding of user stories.
  • Assist in prioritising the CRM development backlog and support testing and evaluation activities.
  • Gather feedback from customers on the CRM's performance, usability, and satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for CRM improvement, enhancement, and innovation.

About You

We are looking for an individual with great knowledge of CPQ and MS Dynamics, preferably in a senior-expert level. Our ideal CRM Business Analyst will have a good understanding of sales operations, a proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage CRM data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with data migration and integration in CRM projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
