About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Business Analyst to join our team at MSX International. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our CRM system.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business analysis tools and methodologies, as well as experience with data migration and integration in CRM projects. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements for our CRM system.

As a CRM Business Analyst, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors. You will be responsible for defining CRM features and functionality, collaborating with software and QA engineers, and assisting in prioritizing the CRM development backlog.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Director of Enterprise Applications and VP of Sales to understand the CRM vision, goals, and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify business requirements.
  • Conduct interviews and workshops to define CRM features and functionality.
  • Work closely with software and QA engineers to ensure a shared understanding of the user stories.
  • Assist the Enterprise Applications Director in prioritizing the CRM development backlog.
  • Support testing and evaluation activities to validate the CRM's functionality and quality.
  • Gather feedback from customers on the CRM's performance, usability, and satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for CRM improvement, enhancement, and innovation.
