About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Business Analyst to join our team at MSX International. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet our strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to define CRM features and functionality, and work with software engineers to ensure a shared understanding of user stories.
  • Assist in prioritizing the CRM development backlog and support testing and evaluation activities to validate the CRM's functionality and quality.
  • Gather feedback from customers on the CRM's performance, usability, and satisfaction, and identify areas for improvement.
What You'll Need
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage CRM data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with data migration and integration in CRM projects, and a good understanding of sales operations.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, and a strong understanding of CRM systems and their applications.
