Job Title: Support Worker - Driver (Company Car)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Worker - Driver to join our team at Accordia Care. As a Support Worker - Driver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism, while also driving our company vehicle to transport service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism
- Drive our company vehicle to transport service users
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism
- Valid UK driving licence
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Commitment to ongoing training and development
