Compassionate Home Support Worker

Bluebird Care Mid-South is a leading live-in care provider that prioritizes the well-being of their carers and offers support for travel to placements and food allowances.
We take pride in stating that our Home Support Workers are paid between £735-£882 per week, with additional £50.00 towards travel costs and an extra £40.00 per week food allowance. Moreover, real career progression opportunities are available, as evident from the fact that a majority of our office team members have been promoted internally.
We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our full-time team on a weekly rota basis, living and working in our customers' homes.
Please note that we will not be able to process your application if you are not a British Citizen or do not reside locally to one of our offices.
You can expect:

No prior experience is necessary, although those with previous NHS, Carer, or Support Worker experience are welcome. We also recognize that individuals with Early Years' and Cleaner experience possess valuable transferable skills that can make them exceptional Home Support Workers.
Bluebird Care Mid-South covers areas including Sutton, Epsom, Burgess Hill, Horsham, Reigate, and Chichester territories.
