Job Title: Driver/Support Worker (Car Provided)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Driver/Support Worker to join our team at Accordia Care. As a Driver/Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism, while also driving our company vehicle to transport service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the company vehicle to transport service users
  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
