Job Title: Driver/Support Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Driver/Support Worker to join our team at Accordia Care. As a Driver/Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing outstanding care to individuals with learning disabilities and autism, while also driving our company vehicle to transport service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities and autism
  • Drive our company vehicle to transport service users
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
