Primary School Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Primary School Support Worker to join our team at Milk Education. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities, supporting students with their learning and development needs.

About the Role:

Assist teachers in delivering high-quality educational content, promoting student engagement and motivation.

Support students with their learning and development needs, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, teachers, and support staff, promoting effective communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in preparing and delivering educational materials, such as lesson plans and activities.

Support students with their learning and development needs, providing individualized support and guidance.

Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting social skills and emotional well-being.

Supervise students during lessons and breaks, ensuring their safety and well-being.
