About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Education Support Specialist to join our team at Milk Education. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the educational journey of young learners in primary schools across Surrey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Assist with creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development
  • Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and behavior, helping to identify areas for improvement
  • Supervise students during lessons and breaks, ensuring their safety and well-being

Requirements

  • A patient and empathetic approach to working with young learners, recognizing the importance of emotional support in the learning process
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment, allowing you to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities
