Specialist Education Support Officer

We are looking for a full-time term-time Specialist Education Support Officer to work in our modern and easily accessible campus in Epsom, Surrey.
Job DescriptionAs a Specialist Education Support Officer, you will become part of our Learning Support team at Nescot College. Your primary role will be to assist students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- To support students with SEND to access lessons and participate in extracurricular activities
- To develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet individual student needs
- To work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless support for students with SEND
You will need to have relevant experience working with children or young people with SEND and hold a Level 3 qualification in a related field, such as teaching assistance or special educational needs.
