This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Special Education Support Assistant in a renowned specialist school. The role involves supporting learners with complex needs, promoting a fun and engaging learning environment, and contributing to their educational and general well-being.

As a Teaching Assistant for SEN Learners, you will be working closely with the teaching team to provide individualized support and create personalized learning plans. This role requires a calm, nurturing, and resilient individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives.

The estimated salary for this position is around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive full training and continued support, as well as access to onsite facilities and free parking.

In order to be considered for this role, you must have relevant childcare, teaching assistant, or care experience, eligibility to work in the UK, and GCSE Maths and English or equivalent. Experience supporting children or adults with SEN needs is desirable but not essential.

You will be responsible for supporting learners on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis, promoting a positive learning environment, and encouraging social interaction and independence.
