Education Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join Philip Southcote School. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to support students with learning and additional needs.
In this position, you will provide essential support to students, helping them access and thrive in mainstream education. As an employed member of the school's team, you will be working in our Southcote Centre, which is based in Epsom and Ewell High School. Our school follows safeguarding interview procedures and expects all candidates to meet the highest standard of safeguarding.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,500 - £32,000 per annum, plus benefits such as workplace pension through LGPS, occupational sick pay, recognition policies, ongoing training, learning and development opportunities, well-being support, family friendly policies, and on-site parking.
