We're looking for a talented Psychology Graduate to join our team as an Educational Learning Assistant for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Role Overview

In this role, you'll work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with varying needs.

You'll assist with lesson planning and delivery, providing individualized support to students with SEND and maintaining accurate records of student progress.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEND requirements and be able to develop effective strategies to support students with varying needs.

We offer competitive rates of pay (£85-£90 per day) and the chance to work with a diverse range of students.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting students with SEND in a variety of settings
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress

Requirements:

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Experience working with children or adults with SEND (advantageous but not required)
  • A DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
