Responsibilities:
  1. Support students with Maths and/or English in a 1-1 or small group setting
  2. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to cater to different learning styles
  3. Collaborate with teaching staff to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these
  4. Maintain accurate records of student progress and feedback
