Job Overview

We are seeking a Sports Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. As a teaching assistant, you will support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and help teachers with general classroom activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide educational support to students in and out of the classroom.
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning, implementation, and assessment.
  • Inspire students through sports and physical activities.
  • Contribute to creating an inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • A-level, foundation degree, or degree in Sports or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
  • Two or more professional references covering the last 24 months.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
