Life Practitioner/Support Worker: Delivering Support to Young Adults with Complex Needs

As a Support Worker at Kisimul Group Ltd, you will be part of a dedicated team providing exceptional residential care and education to young adults with complex needs.
We are seeking a committed and ambitious individual to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to support our young adults in achieving their potential. This role involves working collaboratively with the staff team to safeguard the well-being of our residents at all times.
About the Position
Key responsibilities include participating in innovative recreational events, assisting with practical tasks, and maintaining positive relationships with the young adults. You will also be responsible for ensuring the physical, emotional, and cultural needs of the young adults are met.
About You
We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. A Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to complete this is also a requirement.
