Job Opportunity for a Facilities Assistant/Postroom Operative

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Assistant/Postroom Operative to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mailroom Management: Handle client mailroom duties, including accepting incoming deliveries and ensuring timely processing.
  • On-Site Support: Assist with various on-site tasks, including meeting room setups, stationery ordering, and minor repairs.
  • Building Maintenance: Oversee building maintenance, including ensuring the building and environment remain clean and sanitized.
  • Emergency Procedures: Ensure emergency procedures are in place and functioning properly.
  • Basic Administration: Perform basic administrative duties, including photocopying, filing, and posting mail.
Requirements:
  • Proactive and Intuitive: Demonstrate a proactive and intuitive approach to facilities management.
  • Facilities Experience: Possess experience working within a facilities environment, including basic handyman duties.
  • IT Proficiency: Be proficient in using IT systems and tools.
  • Post Room Experience: Have experience working in a post room environment.
