Burman Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Head of Building and Services to join our client's team. As a key member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Buildings and Services in managing the day-to-day operations of the building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Development: Collaborate with the Head of Buildings and Services to create and implement new departmental policies and procedures.
- Maintenance Management: Support the Head of Buildings and Services in managing and monitoring the Maintenance Management System to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that maintenance staff and subcontractors work safely and responsibly, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee and allocate shared resources, such as the maintenance vehicle, to ensure efficient job performance.
Benefits:
- 25 days plus bank holidays annual entitlement
- Extra day's holiday every two years, up to a maximum of 30 days holiday in total
