Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our dedicated building maintenance team. This role is essential for ensuring the functionality and efficiency of plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform 2nd fix plumbing tasks, including the installation and replacement of fixtures such as taps and basins.
  • Utilize your expertise in plumbing within residential properties.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 2 or an equivalent qualification in Plumbing.
  • Proven experience in domestic plumbing.
  • Possession of personal transportation for site access.
Compensation

The hourly rate for this position ranges from £21 to £23, commensurate with experience. Payment options include weekly pay through either CIS or PAYE.

Contract Details

This is a contract position expected to last approximately 2 months, with the potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
