Job Title: Plumber Multi Specialist

Salary: £33,000 - £35,000

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber Multi Specialist to join our team at Howells Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations within our social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform plumbing inspections and assessments within social housing properties.
  • Be able to perform multi-skills including tiling, carpentry, plastering, and painting and decorating.
  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance professionals to address broader property maintenance issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and colleagues.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

  • Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications.
  • Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in social housing or a similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, components, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
