Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Social Housing Plumber to join our team at Howells Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations within our social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations within our social housing properties.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in plumbing and social housing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and respond to emergency call-outs.
