This role involves managing a dedicated team of engineers and ensuring the seamless execution of maintenance tasks across multiple office and research facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance schedules
  • Participate in client meetings and provide updates
  • Compile detailed reports on maintenance activities
  • Supervise engineering staff and manage subcontractors


The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, with standard hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, and may include overtime and weekend work as necessary.

This dynamic environment requires a supervisor who is adept at both hands-on tasks and administrative duties during critical situations.
