Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Head of Buildings & Services to support their existing team. The role will involve collaborating with the existing Head of Buildings and Services, as well as taking on personal tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hard facilities management and the ability to provide technical advice to the engineering team (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, gas, etc.).

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with the Head of Buildings and Services on developing new departmental policies and procedures.
  • Support the Head of Buildings and Services in managing and monitoring the Maintenance Management System.
  • Ensure that maintenance staff and subcontractors work safely and responsibly, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Oversee and allocate shared resources, such as maintenance vehicles, to optimize job performance and efficiency.
