The Final Step is a leading technology services company based in London, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to drive growth and expansion. As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join a dynamic and growing organization. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, account management, and operations teams to develop and execute cross-functional growth campaigns.
- Player/Coach Approach: Leverage your network and sales skills to hunt and close deals as a player, while building out a sales team that you will manage.
- Business Partner to CEO: Collaborate with the CEO to formulate overall business strategy and execute on key initiatives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
- Experience working in an MSP environment, preferably in the London market.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
