About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated individual to join our All Age Continuing Care team as an Administrative Support Officer. As a key member of our team, you will provide business support to the NHS All Age Continuing Care team and contribute to the delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the All Age Continuing Care team, including maintaining office systems and ensuring the efficient running of processes.
  • Support the team with the management of projects, gathering information, and undertaking enquires as necessary.
  • Liaise with Operational Teams to resolve queries and deliver work in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and respond to invoice queries and reimbursement claims for AACC.

Requirements

  • GCSE/O level grade C in English or equivalent.
  • NVQ 2 level in Business Administration/Management or relevant subject or equivalent level of qualification or significant equivalent previous proven experience.
  • Significant administrative experience, including maintaining office systems.
  • Demonstrable experience in dealing with the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Intermediate knowledge of IT systems and software programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
