Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Portchester, UK. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Administration, Operations, and Sales teams of our International arm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ISO and HS&E tasks as directed by the Senior Administration Supervisor.
  • Assist with inventory stock checks and general administrative tasks.
  • Undertake general reception duties, including filing and archiving.
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide telephone liaison with customers and assist with logistics and support for conferences and exhibitions.

Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 1 year of relevant experience with a Master's degree in a related field, or 7 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
