About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic individual to join our team as a Housekeeper at Anchor Hanover. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our residents' living environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms, communal areas, and other living spaces.
  • Use cleaning products effectively and follow health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment by adhering to data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience, preferably with a NVQ2 qualification.
  • Previous cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning procedures, including the use of equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and empathy skills, with a friendly and approachable personality.
