In collaboration with the Senior Management Team, you will play a crucial role in upholding exceptional cleanliness standards. You will have the autonomy to establish effective systems, including cleaning schedules and staffing plans, to optimize service delivery and support your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all designated areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Evaluating and adjusting cleaning schedules to meet the operational needs of the facility.
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet business requirements and comply with evolving regulatory standards.
  • Managing procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment within budgetary constraints.
  • Adhering to Infection Control protocols and conducting local audits.
  • Utilizing cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Maintaining appropriate stock levels and replenishing cleaning supplies as necessary.
  • Implementing a documented housekeeping program that is subject to audits.

Qualifications:

  • Training in Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (C.O.S.H.H).
  • Experience with industry cleaning standards.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Prior experience in a similar cleaning environment.
  • A passion for cleanliness and a sense of accomplishment from a job well done.
  • Effective prioritization of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
