About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our Housekeeping department, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our facilities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing cleaning schedules, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring that all areas of the facility are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of housekeeping staff in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules to meet the needs of our facilities
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Ensure that all areas of the facility are maintained to the highest standards
