About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, ambitious, and hard-working Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to become the New Store Partner, Director, and Business Owner of our new audiology business in Shandwick Place, Edinburgh. As an independent business owner, you will enjoy the freedom to run your own business while benefiting from dedicated support from our expert office teams and existing Optics and Retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and grow the customer base and develop a successful team
  • Maintain high-quality clinical and retail standards
  • Focus on increasing revenue through business profits as dividends

About the Location

Our store is located in Shandwick Place, Edinburgh, which has been awarded dispensing centre of excellence. The area is known as 'Specsavers West End' and is a popular meeting point. Over 40% of our staff have long service, ranging from 10+ years to 20+ years.
