Job Summary- This role involves assisting senior colleagues with business sales as part of a project team.
- You will be responsible for meeting with business owners, liaising with sector professionals, delivering presentations, and attending conferences to estimate the value of businesses using correct calculations.
- Key tasks include preparing marketing literature, managing enquiries, encouraging offers, negotiating sales, and progressing deals by liaising with solicitors.
- You will also be utilizing our advanced Salesforce CRM system to manage sale processes and deliver real-time reporting.
- Prior experience within an Estate Agency business is essential.
- You must have strong IT skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, as well as experience with Salesforce.
- A competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, plus benefits such as a car allowance and insurance for you and one other person.
