Business Leader for Central Scotland

We are seeking a Business Leader to join our Central Scotland leadership team as a Senior Audit Partner in our Edinburgh office. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to play a key role in our Audit service line, working closely with our Audit Partner group across Scotland.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead on dealing with a wide variety of clients from various sectors, providing advice to owner managers on both business and personal matters, and acting as a trusted business adviser. They will also drive revenue growth across existing and new service offerings, demonstrating broad business thinking and sound commercial judgement.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading client engagements and overseeing all aspects of client service
- Managing the end-to-end audit process, including budgets and timescales
- Driving revenue growth and identifying opportunities for cross-selling
- Collaborating with internal teams to suggest ideas and concepts for increased marketing opportunities
We are looking for a candidate with RI status, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a strong track record of managing large client portfolios. They should also have the ability to make decisions, solve problems, and take appropriate action.
