The Role

This role will be responsible for managing key customers in the UK Convenience channel, driving sales growth, and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will have experience in the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.



Main Responsibilities


  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors and retailers
  3. Identify opportunities for product innovation and work closely with internal teams to develop new products and solutions
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans and strategies


Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • A degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously


Benefits

McCormick UK Limited offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
